Erik Ten Hag has endured a turbulent start to the season, not helped by a host of first-team regulars being unavailable for selection for one reason or not, including former Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro , a five-time Champions League winner. Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed midfielder Mason Mount has picked up another injury and could be set for a spell on the sidelines. Mount missed five Game s earlier this season through injury and has since struggled to force his way back into Ten Hag's starting lineup, coming off the bench in four of United's last six Premier League outings. Having struggled for continuity since his arrival from Chelsea during the summer, Mount is once again on the sidelines after picking up an injury . "Mason picked up an issue so we have to assess if he's available for the game or not," Ten Hag told club media on Friday. Sources have confirmed to 90min that Mount has been ruled out of Sunday's clash with Everton but United officials are hopeful the midfielder will return to action before the end of the calendar year.
